Regardless of whether a new logistics center needs to be launched, an existing warehouse or transport system requires modernization, or production has to commence as planned – we support companies as they develop their strategy through the design and implementation phases right up to commissioning, including ramp-up and post go-live support.

Our SAP consultants manage national and international projects and sub-projects in logistics, transportation and production environments. They coordinate and control all relevant processes and planning stages – from recording client-specific requirements to implementing and introducing SAP solutions and client-specific add-ons live on site.

SAP development ×
Our SAP developers step in when customer-specific requirements need to be implemented in the system. They work with our SAP consulting, logistics and production teams to create SAP add-on solutions that specifically improve and supplement the standard procedure for all processes along the supply chain. In doing so, they make a significant contribution to optimally mapping individual company processes and tasks.
IT project management ×
Our IT project management team guides our clients through all the key phases of IT planning and implementation. We identify suitable software for warehouse management, material flow control and manufacturing execution with SAP-based or non-SAP solutions. We pull the strings together in all of our projects – from the initial strategy through all implementation phases, up to go-live and hyper-care.

Our manufacturing IT experts lay the foundations for the efficient design of complex production processes. They integrate all relevant functional areas into the appropriate IT systems and automation components. An industrial engineer specializing in logistics processes, Jasmin Ebi started as an SAP EWM analyst right after graduating from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. Since then, Jasmin has successfully carried out a range of projects for high-profile clients. Today, she is a Senior Consultant in the SAP EWM Consulting unit.
