We think that a good start is absolutely essential. Every new employee benefits from a structured introductory program with on-the-job training and an onboarding process that includes a mentoring program and our “io-BaTs” (io Basic Tutorials) introductory curriculum. Your colleagues will give you all the information you need about our company during these introductory days and present our internal, processes and tools.
At the end of your probationary period, you and your manager will reflect on your first months and discuss your future path. You will review the past year during your regular annual review and discuss your progress, challenges, and individual development opportunities that lie ahead of you.
