Complex production process design is based on the efficient integration of all relevant functional areas into the corresponding IT systems and automation components.
We prepare the specification sheets and user requirements specifications (URS), and guide projects from the tendering processes and technical discussions right up to the preparation of contract award recommendations and bidder selection. In addition, we supervise the commissioning process and any associated validation activities.
